REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that plans change and try to be as flexible as possible while also accounting for the work that goes into preparing and delivering our programs.

Boot Camps & Power Prep Classes

If your student is unable to attend a Boot Camp or Power Prep Class, you may request a refund at any time before the class begins.

Once a class has begun, registration fees are non-refundable.

1:1 Tutoring Packages

Our 1:1 tutoring packages include more than the tutoring sessions themselves. Considerable work occurs at the beginning of each engagement, including student onboarding, tutor matching, scheduling and coordination, and reserving tutor capacity.

For that reason, a 1:1 tutoring package may be cancelled for a refund before onboarding and tutor matching have begun.

Once onboarding or tutor matching has begun, or once the first tutoring session has taken place, the tutoring package is non-refundable. Any unused sessions will remain available to the student and may be scheduled according to the terms of the package.

Cancelling or Rescheduling an Individual Tutoring Session

Tutoring sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled without penalty with at least 24 hours’ notice.

For cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, the full session fee applies and the session will be counted as used.

Our tutors are experienced professionals who reserve this time specifically for each student and prepare in advance based on the student’s goals, progress, and planned session work. The 24-hour policy allows us to respect both that preparation and the tutoring time that has been reserved exclusively for your student.

Payment Processing Fees

Where payment processing fees are not returned to us by the payment processor, those fees will be deducted from any refund issued.
