(1) CC Parents & Brittany on ALL emails to your students.
(2) All communications (parents, students, & Univselect team) must be responded to within 24 hours.
(3) Check whether your student submitted homework 48 hours before all sessions. Without this step we can not enforce the homework policy that seeks to prevent your scrambling before a session.
